What's Happening ?
NOW FOR THE BIG NEWS!!!! Your Lodge is having its own internal membership drive. THE "BOUNTY HUNTER"(Membership Chairman , Chris Armstrong) is Looking for new LEXINGTON MOOSE MEMBERS. To help find them he is issuing a BOUNTY of $100 to each member who signs up 5 new members. Are you Game??????? This will be an ongoing project with some new twists and turns. Grab those applications and start searching. The Bounty Hunter is Waiting. Watch news letters for additional new on this new development.
Your Lodge Along with several other lodges will be sponsoring a golf tournament on October 2, 2010, at 1:00PM at The Vista Links, Buena Vista, Va. This tournament is being held to raise money for the Boy Scout Camporee to be held next year in May at Covington Moose Lodge. In 2010 the camporee hosted over 600 scouts and leaders for a weekend camporee. The scouts were fed and transported to various locations to earn merit badges. Each year this event becomes a little more expensive. In 2010 cost was over $7000. So this year we are trying to start fund raising early. The golf tournament will be $40 per person or $160 for a 4 man team. If you do not have a team come anyway and you will be paired up with others. The more players we have the higher the prize money can be. If you can't play but would like to sponsor a hole, that can be arranged. For All information regarding this project please call Graham R. Help Mooseheart School win $500,000!!!
A Few Mouse Clicks Mean $500,000 to Mooseheart School ... or Not.

If, by just clicking a computer mouse a few times over five to ten minutes, you could send a HALF-MILLION DOLLARS to help Mooseheart's kids, you'd do it -- wouldn't you?

That's $500,000 we then WON'T need to ask from the men and women of the Moose to help operate Mooseheart's school this year!
